Well it's that time of the year again and the Newcastle Show is upon us. As usual we are doing our bit to support the show by being the Major Sponsor of "Cook Offs" at the show. This is where local cooks show off their talent in the kitchen in an all out cooking competition. We will also have Sydney Fish Market cooking school there, to show you how to cook some culinary delights and to give out some samples of Freshly cooked, Mullet Ocean jacket and Cuttlefish.
