Well it's that time of the year when the Red Gurnard comes round. It is a fantastic eating and very versatile fish. We are currently selling it for $11.90kg whole and $28.90kg skinned and boned. It has beautiful white sweet tasting flesh and great for kids (no bones) and great baked, grilled or fried. It is also teriffic for winter
